Our mission is the continuous development of innovations for energy chains and cables. This enables you to save costs while further increasing the quality of machines and systems ("Tech up. Cost down")
This year, we would like to once again introduce innovative energy supply systems – from energy chains made entirely of recycled material to the new E4Q.1L (LEAN) energy chain, which features strength and low weight, to the e-skin flat made of conductive ESD material for cleanroom applications and much more. Have fun looking around. And as always, if you don't find something you need, please feel free to contact us. Finding new ways to improve what moves - that's our thing.
The SCARA Cable Solution gets a product extension for the cleanroom with the Clean SCARA Cable Solution. This product was developed to meet the requirements in cleanrooms and approved for use in cleanrooms up to ISO class 2 (IPA certified)
In addition to attaching cables to cobots, the Cable Clip offers other options for quick and easy cable guidance in almost any location, short or long term.
The new E2.1 design of the E2C.10L offers more interior space with a reduced outer width. The standard chain is produced from igumid CG recycled material
Addition to the successful E2.1 product range. Closed (non-openable) designs with an inner height of 26mm. Cost-effective with increased additional load, making it ideal for guiding hydraulics.
The new snapchain 2.0 allows cable packages to be easily fixed with standard cable tiewraps and safely guided within the bend radius. Flexible, versatile use.
Particularly flat, simple, inexpensive design for cable guidance in pull-outs or drawers of any kind.
With the new bend radius of 100mm, the E4.56 energy chain series can now be used in even smaller installation spaces. Large modular system with many available widths and accessories.
The proven E6.29 series made of standard material is now certified by Fraunhofer IPA for use in dry cleanrooms (ISO 3, dew point -40°C = relative humidity <1%) for ISO Cleanroom Class 4.
Three new E6 series (a total of 88 parts) with inner heights of 29, 40, and 52mm are now available from stock as electrically conductive ESD variants and can be configured online. They can be used to reliably avoid static charges in the area of manufacturing processes for electronic components or assemblies.
Abrasion-resistance is the decisive parameter for energy chain applications in cleanrooms. The C6 energy chain sets the standard. The abrasion is barely measurable. This is the best outcome: no abrasion can be measured when the new C6 cleanroom energy chain is used, even under high loads.
The new e-skin® flat with support chain allows longer travel distances with the cleanroom-optimized e-skin® flat system. The new larger e-skin® flat with support chain is guided in the POD SKF15C e-skin® flat and can be integrated into the existing mounting bracket structure.
The advantages of cleanroom chains can be used, including for long travels. Here, the upper run of the cleanroom-compatible E6.52 e-chain® is supported over long travels, eliminating particle emissions caused by gliding. Contacts are minimized by motor-controlled roller guide rocking.
The next step in the evolution of the e-tract, the solution for automatic cable retraction – ideal for electric car charging stations. The new version is now even slimmer and more compact and offers a better ratio of extension to total cable length in the system. A wall box (11kW) is integrated into the system.
The Microphone Motor Reeler solves a problem in the stage technology area and is particularly versatile thanks to its compactness and low weight. It can be used for stage and theatre operation according to DIN EN 17206 and DGUV Principle 315-390.
Until now, hanging cables on jib cranes have often posed a high risk. They could get tangled and damaged. guidelok GLO.S is compactly mounted on the crane girder and increases safety during operation.
The igus e-chain reel is a motor-driven, reeling e-chain system equipped with a special chain with roller inserts that can be used to flexibly position the socket within a range of up to 100m. This allows more ships to be supplied than permanently installed systems can.
The new, asymmetrical Hi.9 separator can now be used for simple guidance of many thin cables. The extension link can be used to easily extend an existing energy chain in order to guide a large number of cables or especially heavy cables in one chain. The TUB link can be used to guide additional cables, hoses, or corrugated tubes parallel to the existing energy chain.
The new chain openers can be used to open E2.1 energy chains meter by meter in a few seconds to insert separators and shelves. Safe guidance with greatly reduced effort and time and minimized risk of crossbar damage.
The E2.26.C01 snapclip easily expands the fillable space in an existing chain configuration by up to 375mm².
Developed as a compact, very light support tray for our Low-Cost Automation linear robots, the new tube-trough support tray is also ideal for many of our small chain series.
Continuous one-piece element for defined cable diameter ranges per layer. This reduces the number of components in the mounting bracket and allows quick assembly.
You can get interactive 3D models of the energy chain systems, which provide an effective representation and convincing insights into the interior of products.
