XY Gantry | Workspace 1000 x 500 mm
igus offers cartesian robots as XY Actuator (Single Rail), XY Gantries and XYZ Gantry robots for the most varied tasks. igus gantries include pre-configured drylin linear actuators and linear axes with NEMA stepper motors as well as all components required for self-assembly.

Axis Specifications:
  • X axes:  Consisting of: two drylin® ZLW-1040 toothed belt axes, basic version, toothed belt tension 150 N, feed rate 66 mm/rev, aluminum profile, surface: hard anodised, neoprene toothed belt, black, guide carriage with a length of 100 mm, traverse made of plastic, driven on one side by an igus NEMA23 size stepper motor with encoder, mechanically synchronized by an AWMR-12 aluminum line shaft
  • Y-axis:  Consisting of: drylin® ZLW-0660 toothed belt axis, standard version, toothed belt tension 150N, feed 54mm/rev, aluminium profile, surface: hard-anodised, PU toothed belt with steel cable, white, guide carriage in length 100mm, shaft end support made of aluminium, driven by an igus stepper motor in installation size NEMA23 in the version with M12 connectors and encoder
