drylin® tandem toothed belt axis
Thanks to the double belt, the ZLWT tandem toothed belt axis is ideal if several linear carriages need to be moved quickly and independently of each other. The motors can be mounted on one side or on both sides. A parallel synchronous drive is also possible.
- Addition to the tandem toothed belt axis installation size 10/20
- Compact tandem toothed belt axis with two toothed belts in one unit
- Two carriages can be controlled synchronously or separately
- With drylin W exchange bearings for fast bearing exchange on the rail
- Can be supplied ready-to-connect with igus electric motors and drylin D1 dryve motor control system

Liners replaced in 30 seconds
Quick change – smart and time-saving
With the innovative WJ200UMA-01-AL pillow block from the drylin® W product range, it is possible to replace the plain bearing liner even more easily without complicated disassembly work being required.
The tool supplied makes it possible to exchange the plain bearing liner within seconds. This saves valuable time and costs!
