drylin SLR - new standard for linear tables
New modular design for fast assembly and flexible constructions, an optimised design, many combination options and space-saving accessory connections: The new heavy duty linear modules in the SLR series offer all of this. These combine a higher load capacity with a robust design that offers added rigidity. In conjunction with the low-noise dryspin thread technology, these "heavy duty" linear modules offer a space-saving design. Crossbars and linear slides offer a wide range of connection options without additional components such as spacers. With the SLR linear modules, multi-slide systems with and without counter-rotation, XY and XZ configurations are possible in addition to the stand with individual slides. Instead of time-consuming assembly of accessories such as angle plates and initiator kits, XY and XZ setups can be realised quickly and space-savingly using dowel pins in the slide plates and recesses for initiators. Individual slide lengths are possible using traverses and mounting plates. With the separable threaded nut, the linear slides offer a technical innovation that enables replacement without disassembly. Sizes 40, 50 and 60 provide you with solid, strong and lubrication-free systems for manual and electric operation.
Other special features of the axis:- Ball bearing system for high loads
- All EC/stepper gearbox combinations possible
- Limit switches directly on the crossbeam (no spacers required)
- Split, replaceable spindle nut
- Carriages and crossheads have holders for centering sleeves (for connecting angled loads)
- Spindle journal with keyway for reliable torque transmission
- Higher rigidity with the same installation space: SLR-40 compared to SHT-30
Tech up:
- Simple alignment via dowel pins, without additional mounting brackets
Cost down:
- Limit switches directly on the crossbeam (no additional spacers required)
Proof:
- Higher rigidity with the same installation space: SLR-40 compared to SHT-30
Sustainability:
- Split, replaceable spindle nut
Various mounting options
On the left you can see an example with two SLR double slide axes as an XY cross table. On the right-hand side is an example with two SLR axes as an XZ superstructure. Here, a double slide axis has been mounted vertically on an axis with an assembly carriage.
