Our 7th axis robotic transfer unit can be used individually and flexibly. It extends the action radius of robotic arms by up to 3000mm, and this makes them much more flexible in their applications. More strokes (up to 6000mm) are possible upon request, depending on the technical design. The drylin® toothed belt axis ZLW-20 is ideally suited as a wide, low-profile linear axis. The ZLW-20 toothed belt axis can be delivered ready for connection with the matching adapter kit or the adapter kit can be supplied separately. The linear axis can be used for applications with precision requirements of 0.3 mm at a load of up to 55 kg. The appropriate robot software can be controlled via digital I/Os. Optionally, the axis can be ordered with or without a controller.
