Sterile packaging

This isolator is used for the sterile packaging of syringes. The syringe trays are guided throughthe isolator on a slightly angled roller system. The bearings for the rollers and guides must notcontain lubricant due to the sterile environment, and must be extremely resistant to chemicals. The lubricant-free and sturdy iglidur® plain bearings from igus® were found to be most suitablefor this application.
