Custom 3D-printed plain bearings from igus® are made from our high-performance polymers that have been proven to last up to 50 times longer than standard 3D-printing materials inside moving applications. We extensively test our engineered composite plastic glide® materials inside our 41,000-f lab to ensure every 3D-printed part offers exceptional wear resistance comparable to injection-molded components. All igus® 3D printed bearings are low-friction, maintenance-free and dry-running.

Production of our 3D-printed bearings takes a maximum of 72 hours, and any special shape or size is possible. We produce 3D-printed components for prototypes and small batches, no minimum order quantity required!
