Wear Rings

Wear rings from igus® are made of our high-performance iglide® materials, a dry-running polymer blend that makes our products maintenance-free, and resistant to dirt, dust, chemicals, and more. Our wear rings are easy to install, cost-effective, are more wear-resistant than PTFE strips, and have a high load capacity. They are ideal to use when high-edge loads occur, or when a custom solution is required, such as for cleanrooms or harsh environments. Like many of our products our wear rings are rigorously tested in our 41,000 sq.ft. test laboratory to guarantee long service life and efficient operation.
