Series E4.56AG - Chain, snap open on both sides with crossbars at every link

Separators can be placed at any point along a chain's cross section. As standard, separators are mounted every 2nd chain link. Please observe a lateral spacing of at least 16 mm for E-Tubes!

• NEW: Split separator T563(A) for use with intermediate shelf 420.X - ideal for subsequent shelving or for the initial assembly of the e-chain®. Hinge/push mechanism for fast assembly and disassembly. Speeds up installation. Enhances flexibility.
   
  
• Standard separator 401 for e-chains® offers safe stability due to its broad foot design, also when used with thick cables or hoses.
   
  
• Vertical separator 483 with a narrow foot for e-chains® and E-Tubes with applications where a large number of small cables need to be individually separated.
   
  
• Separators can be fixed in position by spacers 405.XX for e-chains®. The available inner height is reduced by 2 mm for each spacer and side. To avoid this, the parts can also be mounted on the crossbar from the outside (except in the case of long travels). XX = wide spacers (options: 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 mm).
   
  
• Locking separator for e-chains® 404 – with increased retaining force for applications with very high humidity or extreme loads. The increased retention force is generated by asymmetric retaining claws. Please make sure of an even alignment.
   
  
• Asymmetric separator 401A for e-chains® with an 18-mm base, for combinations between spacers of different widths and vertical separators in side-mounted applications, for instance.
  

Intermediate shelves
The e-chains® and energy tubes can be divided vertically and horizontally with the different interior separation elements.

• Side plates T802, separators 503 and intermediate shelves 420.X form the basic grid of a shelving system. At a height grid of 7 mm, intermediate shelves of various widths can be arranged in 11 levels.
• Slotted locking separator 510 in combination with intermediate shelves. Slotted threefold.
• Locking separator 507 with height slot – with increased retaining force for applications with very high humidity or extreme loads. The increased retaining force is produced by retaining claws positioned asymmetrically to the chain link. Please make sure of an even alignment.
• For a very fine shelving solution, slotted separator 505 is used. However this cannot be integrated subsequently in an existing division without disassembly of the interior separation.
• The unilateral Open slotted separator 509 can be retrofitted into an existing interior separation system without a need for dismantling the interior separators. During an installation of open slotted separators, the top and bottom notches cannot be occupied by shelves.
