"The rotation of the wheel support unit from the horizontal to the vertical position occurs through two pivot axles. Plastic bearings of the company igus® (QSM-2023-30, GFM-3034-26) are used as bearing system. Since about a year the wheel mount handling system gives no trouble to the customers in daily use. The machine operator is relieved by the free-moving rotary axis that smoothly turns the wheel mount unit. The smoothness of the pivot axis is contributed by the use of plastic bearings. ”
