Cable carrier for a laser weldingrobot

This laser welding robot works extremely fast. Here, a very flexible and, above all, fail-safe energy supply system is required. The problem: because of the different bending radii, optical cables for camera monitoring purposes cannot be jointly guided with control and current cables. The solution: whereas the optical cables are attached to the igus® Flexbar spring module, the other cables are guided with Triflex® R Energy Chains® cable carriers.
